1. the apartment is designed as luxury accomodation for two people. However there is a bed settee on the upper level where two other persons could sleep. There is also a second bathroom on this level.

2.  Arrival time is after 2.00pm. Departure time by 11.00am, or later by arrangement. There is plenty of free parking.

3.  No deposit required.  Payment on arrival

4.   In the event of you having to cancel,  or postpone your booking early notification would be appreciated.

5.   You agree to keep the property reasonably clean and tidy,  also to report any breakages or problems to me.  The property, and associated equipment, furnishings and bedding are checked before and after any let.   Breakages and missing items will be charged for at replacement or repair costs.   Please do not wear stiletto style heels on the wooden floors.  You are advised to ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover your holiday.

6.  The Studio Apartment is a non smoking area.  A minimum cleaning charge of £150.00 will be charged in the event of any damage caused or additional cleaning required as a direct result of smoking within the apartment.

7 Lost keys will be charged at £25.00.

8.  For the convenience of other guests Dogs (and other pets ) are not allowed.
